This week I decided to work on my upper body a bit harder than usual. I’m not used to this type of workout because as a soccer player I tend to just use my legs and abdomen area. I had a hard time doing pull ups and benchpressing. I felt out of shape from my arms more than I did from my legs the week before. Last week I worked on squats and I went through them with ease. I was feeling a bit sore so I went a little easier. I couldn’t complete my goal because I wanted to work out the upper body 3 times in this week but I only managed to do 2 times. I couldnt handle it so I went for jogs so often to workout the soreness. All in time.
