Week two was generally easy, because it was almost the same as week one. My goal for week two was to have no fried food while last week was two only have fried food once. So transitioning to not eating fried food was pretty easy. Instead of fried foods I had dishes like pasta and grilled chicken staying away from the fried fatty foods that were cooked in a lot of oil. My reward for succeeding this week was to go see a movie. I managed to also stay away from the popcorn at the movie because I know it is also high in fat. I am glad with my success and feel like I can finish my eight week plan.
