Week 3 was a little harder than I expected. Since I was at home, I found it a little more difficult actually going out to get some exercise. I put it off for the first couple of days, but I did end up going on three one hour walks with my cousin around my neighborhood. The hardest part was being able to make time to go exercise. I was also less motivated because I didn’t have anyone to go with or accompany me. I hope this changes, because I want to continue this and make it become a habit. In the end, I still accomplished this week’s goal. I think that next week will be better because I will be back at school and back on a schedule.
