So week three happened to land during spring break. My goal was to jog for twenty minutes twice this week. Except…i walked instead rather than jogging. I walked outside my neighborhood for about half an hour while listening to my music on my ipod


The following the day i meet up with a friend of mine and we ended walking from his house all the way to a somewhat nearby store. It took us about twenty minutes to get there and about twenty minutes for the way back. It enjoyed it because i managed to walk for quite a distance without really paying attention to how long it took us to get to where we wanted to go. I did check after though, which is how i know how long it took me.
