For my wellness plan I have chosen to eat healthier which means including vegetables and fruits in my meals. This week I have consumed many more fruits and vegetables than last week, I still prepared my meals at the start of the week and its much easier. Some of the healthy foods that I have eaten are spinach, broccoli, lettuce, apples, pears, peaches, grapes and plums. What did different this week is that I ate a big breakfast so that I wouldn’t eat much for dinner, which worked because at the end of the day I found myself not as hungry as I would normally would which lead me to be very hungry in the morning.
