For week two, my goal was to increase the amount of time I exercise every on every other day for flexibility, cardio, and strength exercises.

I met several challenges for week two and was unable to exercise every other day this week. Most of my challenges came from being excessively tired due to lack of sleep all week. I ended up focusing my efforts on getting more sleep (to no avail) instead of exercising. While I did manage to get a couple exercises in, I know I should be getting them all in.

Goal for next week is to force myself to actually proceed with exercising every other day.
