My goal for week two was to run one and a half miles tree times a week. This increase proved to be slightly harder than I had expected. On Monday I reached my goal but had to slow down considerably once I hit the one-mile mark. I basically jogged a mile and walked a half-mile. I had to work later on Tuesday than I had expected and therefore stayed up later to do homework. I choose to get the extra hour of sleep and be rested for my classes. Friday was no that bad. I got plenty of sleep, went at a slightly slower pace and got trough the mile and a half considerably easier than I had on Monday.
