This second week is going very good. It is easier than what I was expecting. My goal for this week is to add more vegetables to my diet. I found that making a vegetable juice will be the best way to include veggies to my meal. I decided to drink a homemade juice in the morning and one at night. Drinking two glasses of juice will also add more calories to my diet which is very important for me. The juice consists of carrots, spinach and an orange just to add a different flavor.
