This week, I was not successful on cutting down my alcohol consumption. My limit for the entire week was 32oz, and as you can see in the photo, I easily exceeded that amount. Of course, I did not drink all of that beer alone or in one single day. I drank it with my friends over the course of 2 days, but it was still a lot of beer. The empty bottles do not include the alcohol I drank at Applebees. Yes, I did drink more, and I also smoked a lot of cigarettes. However, I am not giving up on my goal to reduce the amount of alcohol I consume each week. Next week, I plan to report a smaller quantity of alcohol consumption and a overall healthier lifestyle. But for this week, I have no choice but to accept the fact that I did not gain any progress.

Great picture to represent your week. Good honesty and glad you’re still committed. It can take some practice and mindfulness to find a strategy for slowing down.
