After a long journey of my wellness plan, it has come to an end. Throughout my process I feel I have benefited from this plan a lot. Through this plan I learned many new things about myself. I changed some habits, and added new ways for me to be stress free. I now go to bed at a time where I can get at least eight hours of sleep. I exercise weekly at least three times. I plan to do yoga and meditation at twice a month. Through all my activities I have relieved myself from a lot of stress. I will continue my new habits of being stress free, and I hope others are successful as well.
